We don’t insist on payment at the time of booking with a ‘pay later’ option, but we ask that you respect that we lose part of our livelihood if you don’t give us sufficient notice of cancellation and/or treat it as if cancelling doesn’t really matter. It means the loss of an appointment that our other clients could access, and whilst we don’t do this work to become millionaires; we still need to eat! So we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of your booking for no-show’s or unreasonable cancellations.
